1. Acceptance of Terms

Agreement to the Terms by using the website or placing an order.

2. Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance.
• Printik may refuse or cancel orders for errors, fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

3. Artwork & File Requirements

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork.
• Uploaded files should meet Printik's specifications.
• Printik is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.

4. Proof Approval

• Digital proofs may be provided when applicable.
• Production begins only after proof approval.
• Customers assume responsibility for all approved content, including spelling, grammar, layout, colors, and dimensions.

5. Color Matching

• Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed colors.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as a color-managed service.
• Minor color variations are not considered defects.

6. Production & Turnaround

• Production times are estimates.
• Delays caused by artwork issues, customer approval delays, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events may affect delivery dates.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping dates are estimates only.
• Risk transfers upon shipment.
• Printik is not responsible for carrier delays or weather-related issues.

8. Local Pickup

• Customers are responsible for inspecting orders upon pickup.
• Orders not picked up within a specified period may incur storage or disposal charges.

9. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change.
• Full payment is generally required before production begins.
• Taxes and shipping are additional where applicable.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be changed once production has started.
• Approved artwork cannot be modified after production begins.
• Cancellation fees may apply.

11. Returns, Reprints & Claims

• Claims must be submitted within the specified time period after receipt.
• Printik's remedy is generally limited to reprinting the defective portion or issuing a refund at its discretion.
• No refunds for customer artwork errors or approved proofs.

12. Quantity Variations

• Slight overages or shortages are industry standard.
• Orders are considered fulfilled within accepted manufacturing tolerances.

13. Customer Content

• Customers warrant they own or have permission to use uploaded artwork.
• Customers agree to indemnify Printik against copyright or trademark claims.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
• No liability for consequential, indirect, or lost-profit damages.

15. Intellectual Property

• Website content, branding, and designs remain the property of Printik.
• Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

16. Privacy

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy governing personal information.

17. Force Majeure

Printik is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

18. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Venue in Harris County, Texas.
