File Setup Requirements

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single-page files only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150 DPI for raster images (ideal for large-format printing)
  • Maximum File Size: 300 MB
  • Artwork Size: Submit artwork at the final ordered size. Scaled artwork is automatically detected and adjusted to fit your order.
  • Crop Marks & Bleeds: Do not include crop marks or bleeds.

Design Tips

  • Convert all Pantone® and spot colors to CMYK before submitting your file.
  • Convert all live fonts to outlines to avoid font substitution issues.
  • Use the provided design templates whenever available for the best results.
  • Review your artwork carefully before uploading to ensure images and text are positioned exactly as desired.
